I’ve been an athlete for most of my life. Coming out of high school football, I needed something to keep me focused and disciplined. I found bodybuilding and threw myself into the world of health and performance. It gave me structure and purpose, but after my first show, everything changed.
My hormones tanked. I felt unmotivated, flat, and disconnected from my body. I was doing all the right things, training hard, eating clean, and still didn’t feel right. That experience shook me, and it forced me to dig deeper. I started running my own bloodwork, studying protocols, and figuring out what was really going on inside me. That’s when I realized it’s not just about macros and workouts. It’s about understanding your internal systems and treating the body as a whole. At the same time, I kept seeing the same painful story in people I loved. Family members, friends, even people I barely knew were sick, inflamed, overmedicated, and dismissed by the medical system. They were given more pills but no answers. No one was helping them actually get better. I felt helpless, frustrated, and angry. That lit something in me. A fire to become the person who could help. I took my background in bodybuilding, my passion for the brain and psychology, and even changed my major to neuroscience. From there, I dove headfirst into the functional medicine world.
Since then, I’ve helped people completely transform, not just on paper, but in real life. Like Rick, who came to me after 20 years of dealing with the medical system. At 408 pounds with type 2 diabetes, all he had ever been told was to “eat better,” handed more medications, and sent on his way. In one year, we dropped 70 pounds, reversed his diabetes, and now we’re on track to hit 100 pounds lost. Then there’s Chris, who was stuck on statins and PPIs for years, constantly told he was fine even though he felt terrible. We supported his gut, lowered his inflammation, improved his cholesterol, and now, with his doctor’s support, he’s off his medications, has more energy, and is in the best mindset he’s ever had.
As for me, I went back and competed again. This time, my hormones were fully balanced and my body was firing on all cylinders. But most importantly, I now live with clarity, purpose, and the confidence that I’m doing what I was called to do. Helping others get the answers and results they’ve been denied for far too long.
I created the Root Cause Road Map because no one deserves to feel dismissed, broken, or stuck in a body that isn’t working. You deserve more than symptom management. You deserve strategy, support, and someone who has walked the path and now helps others rise from it.
If that’s you, you’re in the right place. I’ve got you.

Chronic fatigue, brain fog, bloating, pain, anxiety, inflammation—if you're dealing with an autoimmune condition, you know how deeply these symptoms can impact every part of your life, even when your labs say everything looks "normal."
You don’t feel like yourself anymore. And no one seems to have real answers.
Your gut is more than just digestion. It's the foundation of your immune system, your mood, your hormones, your skin, and your energy levels. When your gut is off, everything else starts to fall apart.
Forget the old "eat less, move more" advice. Sustainable fat loss isn't about restriction, endless cardio, or chasing the next quick fix — it's about working with your body, not against it.
Preparing for a bodybuilding competition takes more than just lifting weights and eating clean. It’s a science. Whether you're aiming for your first show or you're a seasoned competitor looking to level up, this prep is designed to bring out your best — mentally, physically, and hormonally.
If your energy has crashed, your mood feels off, and your body just doesn’t respond like it used to — your hormones might be out of balance. Hormonal imbalances can impact everything from sleep and digestion to fat loss, muscle gain, libido, and mental clarity.
Years of dieting, stress, hormonal imbalances, under-eating, overtraining, or gut dysfunction can slow your metabolic engine down. Instead of running efficiently, your body starts to conserve, stall, and hold onto fat. That’s why many people hit a plateau or even gain weight despite doing “all the right things.”
100+ people already served with over 90% reporting significant results in just two weeks.
My clients achieve lasting change through personalized protocols that address the root causes—not just the symptoms. Every success story reflects the power of combining advanced lab insights with functional health coaching that’s designed around the individual.
With over 90% client satisfaction, my mission is simple. To help you take back control of your health and your life.
